Another series of YouTube lectures that I found helpful while studying for boards was the Frank lectures series. They have short basic lectures outlining concepts in immunology, genetics, oncology, and cell and molecular biology. Immunology is the only one that is pertinent to Derm boards, but they are a nice break from reading a textbook or resident forum notes:
